For nearly 50 years, River Valley Ranch has been a working farm, growing fresh mushrooms year-round, tending seasonal produce in the summer, and crafting small-batch foods in our Wisconsin farm kitchen. Every crop is grown with care, from compost we make ourselves to premium blocks for specialty varieties, with each mushroom harvested by hand.
Our farm-to-table connection runs deep. We operate a highly active, year-round farm store, sell at more than 40 farmers markets each year, and deliver farm-direct to partners across the Midwest. After each harvest, our spent mushroom compost returns to the soil through local gardens, farms, and landscapers, completing a full-circle growing cycle.
