Directions
In a bowl, mix together vanilla Greek yogurt and River Valley Ranch Pepper Jelly until well combined.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or ice cube trays, following the instructions for your chosen mold.
If using ice cube trays, freeze for 45 minutes, then insert a plastic spoon or popsicle stick into each cube.
Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 to 6 hours until fully set.
Remove the popsicles from the molds or trays, running them under warm water if needed to ease release.
Recipe Note
Note: Adjust the amount of pepper jelly based on your preference for spice. Start with 2 tablespoons for a hint of spice or add up to 4 tablespoons for a bold kick.
